UoL Timetable is the timetable system available to all students and staff at the University of Lincoln.

The timetable system is available to use for all students and staff. Digital Services developers and associate developers have been working hard to bring you a more accessible and easier-to-use system with multiple views and options to show you what you need to see.

Viewing your timetable

To view your personal timetable, sign in with your University of Lincoln credentials at timetable.lincoln.ac.uk. If you are already signed in, you will not need to re-enter your details.

Note: As an Academic Staff member, you will also be able to access Room, Module and Programme timetables.

Once signed in, you will be able to see your timetable:

Views

With different view options, you can also easily view your timetable on mobile devices. For example, simply change the “Table (Horizontal)” drop-down menu to “Block” and you will get a stripped-down, basic version of the events in your timetable. For an even more simplified view, select “Basic” (available under “Full”) for less detail. Other options include a “Table (Vertical)” and “List” view, so you can choose whichever view suits you.

Adding your timetable to Outlook

When you view your timetable, you should see a button that says “Calendar Info”, next to Timetable Tips:

  1. Click on “Calendar Info” to open a pop-up window containing your unique Calendar Subscription Feed URL. Highlight the URL and click “copy”.

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and make sure you are logged into your University account. (Please note that this will only work with Outlook and your University account and will not work for other mailboxes such as Gmail).
  2. Once you have opened Outlook, you need to click the calendar icon on the left toolbar to open your calendar.
  3. Depending on the version of Outlook you are using, you will then need to “Add” a calendar. This can be done from the “+ Add” button, or by selecting the “Open Calendar” drop-down, then selecting “From Internet…”.
