How To… | View your Timetable in the UniLincoln App
There are two ways to view your timetabled events in the UniLincoln App:
1. Today’s Schedule on the Dashboard
Open the UniLincoln App and navigate to the Dashboard. Here, you will see a summary of your scheduled events for the current day.
2. Timetable Page
The Timetable page has been completely overhauled to enhance your experience. In the previous version, you could only view your timetable for 14 days. However, with this new version of the timetable, you can view your timetable for the entire academic year – and in different view styles such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook. In addition, there would be a red line in the Daily and Weekly view indicating the current time.
Timetable Views
Check through the sections below for information on the different views available for your timetable.
Daily View on Mobile App
This is the default view on the mobile app where you can see your schedule for the entire day. You can swipe to the change the day and view future timetabled events. If you keep swiping you will be able to see the events of the coming weeks as well.
By clicking on an event in the calendar, you will see more details about that event.
Monthly View on Mobile App
If you click on the monthly calendar icon in the top-right of the screen, you can change the view to a monthly view.
In the monthly view, yellow dots are visible on any dates which have timetabled events. This gives a quick overview of any days which contain lectures or seminars in a month. Events for the selected day are visible at the bottom of the screen as tiles.
You can also swipe to change the months and see future events.
Weekly View on Desktop
This view allows you to view your schedule for the week. You can change the weeks by clicking through the arrows and return to the current date by clicking on the “Today” button. You can click on an event to see more information about that event.
Monthly View on Desktop
This will allow you to see your schedule for the entire month. You can change the months by clicking through the arrows. Events for the selected day are visible at the bottom of the screen as tiles.
