How To… | Check Enrolment Status on the UniLincoln App
The UniLincoln App allows you to view your enrolment status. It will show where you are in the enrolment process and display any actions you need to take to complete your enrolment.
You can check your enrolment status just below your Digital ID card on the Profile page. Your Profile can be accessed by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the app.

Enrolment Statuses
The various enrolment statuses and instructions that can be displayed are as follows:
- “Pending Registration: Go to ‘My Tasks’ in OneUni to complete your enrolment tasks, please can you do this as soon as possible. If you require support to complete your enrolment, please book an appointment at https://lncn.ac/Appointment.” This status is for a new student who has just joined the university.
- “Registered Pending-Enrolment: You will be emailed 10 days before you course start (approx) with instructions on how to complete the final enrolment task.” This status is for a new student who has just joined the university.
- “Registered-Enrolled: You are successfully enrolled on your course.”
- “Awaiting Status“: If you enrolled before 5 Aug 24, don’t worry – you’re fully enrolled. You are seeing this status because your enrolment hasn’t been updated from the time the feature was included in the app. If you enrolled after 5 Aug 24, we recommend you contact your student admin team to update your current status.
- “Pending Re-Registration: Go to ‘My Tasks’ in OneUni to complete your enrolment tasks, please can you do this as soon as possible. If you require support to complete your enrolment, please book an appointment at https://lncn.ac/Appointment.” This status is for a continuing student.
- “Re-Registered Pending-Enrolment: You will be emailed 10 days before you course start (approx) with instructions on how to complete the final enrolment task.” This status is for a continuing student.
- “Research Pending Re-Registration: Go to ‘My Tasks’ in OneUni to complete your enrolment tasks, please can you do this as soon as possible. If you require support to complete your enrolment, please book an appointment at https://lncn.ac/Appointment.” This is for students who are studying for a PhD at the University.
- “On Leave: You have interrupted your studies.”
- “Complete: You have successfully completed your course.”
- “Transferred: You have transferred to another course.”
- “Terminated: You have failed to meet the pass standard for your course, therefore your record has been terminated and/or your course is non-credit bearing, no award is given.”
- “Withdrawn: You have been withdrawn from your course.”
- “Withdrawn DNE: You have been withdrawn because your enrolment process was not completed.”
