Our Service Desk is a team that aims to assist and support staff, students, visitors and the University of Lincoln with anything IT-related. The Service Desk is the first point of contact who will help and assist you with your IT support request.

Support Hub
The Support Hub is the central reception area of the Digital Services Office and is open from 09:00-16:00 – Monday to Friday. At the front desk Staff, Students and visitors can get their personal/university software issues fixed and also receive advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again. This service is free and delivered by a team of students employed by the University studying a wide range of courses.

Where Can I Find The Service Desk?
The Service Desk is located on the first floor of the Minerva building.
If you go up the stairs opposite the Quad Café in the atrium, and take an immediate right, you will see the Digital Services Office to the right of the lift.
